About the Owners
After owning multiple businesses in Spokane, Bob Hemphill opened Chicken-n-More in 1992 to bring the taste of Texas to Spokane, Washington. He married Teresa in 1994 and since that time she has been involved in all aspects of the restaurant with Bob. Both Bob and Teresa work tirelessly to maintain the high standards of the Chicken-N-More name and brand. Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, it is known for its quality food, southern hospitality and service as well as its welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
